The Frameworks Team is dedicated and dynamic, methodical and measured, cultured and creative. We are a diverse group, but collectively committed to building relationships as we build homes. We enjoy working together to help our clients find a timber frame design that works for them.

Pete is excited to be a part of the dedicated and dynamic team at Frameworks. He comes to Frameworks with a diverse background in residential construction and sustainable building practice. He holds a degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State, 3 years of running a residential general contracting business, 4 additional years of custom residential project management, and more than 10 years of carpentry experience including framing, interior finish, timber framing, and log home building. When he’s not at his desk or on the job site, you can probably find him skiing, hiking, pedaling his mountain bike, bird hunting, or spending time with his wife and two young children.
Timber Framer & Carpenter
Prior to joining the Frameworks team, Greg and his twin brother, Andy, owned a remodeling and trim carpentry business in Pennsylvania. With over 12 years of carpentry experience and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Greg brings valuable knowledge to the team. He enjoys woodworking, the outdoors, and playing guitar. Greg is the older twin by fifteen minutes which gave him the privilege in his earlier years of borrowing girlfriends from his younger brother. He also claims to be the better carpenter of the two.
Timber Framer & Carpenter
Andy joined the Frameworks team with his twin brother Greg and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Residential Construction Management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He has over 12 years carpentry experience and refutes the claim that his brother is a better carpenter. He co-owned Liprando Construction, LLC with his brother, Greg on the east coast. Andy is the younger, wilder twin and enjoys woodworking, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and playing guitar. Andy’s distinguishing tattoos and typically longer hair help all the staff here remember who’s who.
Paula came to Frameworks with 12 years of experience in the construction industry. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming, and yes we still let her be a part of our team. With over 16 years of accounting experience, Paula not only brings organization and quality bookkeeping to our office but, also will take on just about any task handed to her. Paula keeps busy with her family; she is also on the Board of Directors for the Fort Collins Figure Skating Club, a member of the Front Range Knitting Guild and is very passionate about knitting.
